Everything Everything Book Review

Everything, EverythingEverything, Everything by Nicola Yoon
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Its a nice book .
and if not for two or three unnecessary scenes , it would have been much nicer .
my pre-reading idea was a book similar to TFIOS as it has the same concept and a nearly similar story .
but then the writing is obviously too different and the characters didn't feel the same
Though i kinda liked the book But still i have some issues .
i think that madeline's behavior with her mom was rude to be ignored or to be dealt with by the writer or her nurse as if okay .
the plot twist (the big plot twist I mean ) felt a bit lame , I mean really if the writer started the book with a problem she should be talking about dealing with it other than just erasing the whole thing with a plot twist , getting over it and moving on happily .
and then i expected a totally different end . like i expected a better one .
So by the end when madeline went to NY to meet oliver
i kept thinking she may find him dead or had traveled somewhere far maybe she'll find his sister whatever her name was to deliver whatever shocking news . i expected a plot twist or at least even if a tiny turn of events .
i just expected everything other than just finding olly pouncing on his heels waiting for her .

All in all , i am okay with the story , but then it didn't prove me wrong on the subject of me not so much into contemporary , i think this is the feeling i have after each i read .
